Introduction

Welcome to the User Guide for the CASSA app. Using the app itself is straightforward and, hopefully, intuitive for you.

Given the size of this document (though most of it is images), we don’t expect you to read through it all in one go. Rather, it’s here to be referred to when you need guidance or a hint on what to do next.

The main functionality of the app is in 2 areas:

• the Home screen and
• the Main menu.

The home screen

• The Home screen contains 3 buttons:

• Company Forms – this is where you access all company forms that you have (these are setup within the main web app itself)

• Client Forms – here you’ll see all the forms for the projects you’ve been assigned to (again, these are setup in the main web app)

• Completed Records – when you’ve completed your forms, this is where they’ll be stored.

• The Main Menu accessible via the ‘hamburger’ button, contains:

• Home – clicking here will return you to the Home screen

• Teams – in CASSA, you can have multiple teams. These are listed here.

• My Profile – this is where you can add and edit your personal details, qualifications,

• VOC/assessments, and so on.

• User Guide – this is a direct link to this document (or rather the articles of this document) on our support site

• Logout – this logs you out of the app.

There you go, quick, simple, and very easy.
